 Yoga & Meditation
Mondays; February 1 and 29. 11am.
Beginning yoga and meditation techniques for beginners. Adults.

Yoga for Life
Fridays; February 5, 12, 10, 26 (Resource Room). 10:30-11:30 am.
Lessons in using yogic techniques to deal with life issues.  Includes group discussion and incorporates relaxation exercises, reflective reading, and meditation in addressing real life issues.  Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Adults only.

Energy Yoga
Sunday February 7. 4:30 pm.
Energy Yoga is a combination of stretching, breathing and meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothes. Open to ages 10 and up.
