For those of you who are coming to the Relaxation and Meditation class on Sunday
afternoon at 4:30 in the Resource Room, here are a few reminders from Ms Gagne:
Bring your cell phone to
download the meditation app for class.
No need for a
yoga mat.
Class is limited to 13 students!
This is the 2nd of 3 classes. You are welcome to come
even if you missed the 1st session.
On the third week we are going
to incorporate inspirational reading. I will have some of my books available,
but here are some authors* who are just wonderful!

The purpose of this 3 class workshop is to help you start meditation at home.
