Energy Yoga
Sundays; April 3, 10, 17, 24. 4:30 pm.
Energy Yoga is a combination of stretching, breathing and meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothes. Open to ages 10 and up. 

Tai-Chi  for Relaxation
Mondays; April 4, 11, 18, 25. 10 am.
A great way to help you relax and keep fit! No experience necessary – beginners welcome!

Yoga & Meditation
Mondays; April 4, 11, 18, 25. 11 am.
Beginning yoga and meditation techniques for beginners.  Adults only. 

Yoga for Life
Fridays; April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 10:30-11:30 am.
Includes group discussion and incorporates relaxation exercises, reflective reading, and meditation in addressing real life issues.  Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.  Adults only.
