June Yoga and Relaxation Classes


Yoga for Life
Fridays; June 3, 10, 17, 24. 10:30-11:30 am.
Lessons in using yogic techniques to deal with life issues. Adults only.
 
Energy Yoga
Sundays;  June 5, 12, 19, 26. 4:30-5:30 pm.
Energy Yoga is a combination of stretching, breathing and meditation. Ages 10 and up.
 
Tai-Chi  for Relaxation
Mondays; June 6, 13, 20, 27. 10:00-11:00 am.
Beginners welcome! Adults only.
 
Yoga & Meditation
Mondays; June 6, 13, 20, 27. 11:00 am-12:00 pm.
Adults only.

Bring a yoga mat (or towel) and wear comfortable clothing!
