Yoga & Meditation
Mondays; July 11, 18, 25. 11:00 am-12:00 pm.
Beginning yoga and meditation techniques.  Adults only. 

Yoga for Life
Fridays; July 8, 15, 22, 29. 10:30-11:30 am. Adults only.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothes to these programs.
