Too Much?

The world can feel a little overwhelming right now. A psychotherapist suggests 101 ways to take care of yourself (this list is not a substitute for professional care). The library can help with some of her suggestions –
  • yoga/meditation programs or exercise/health DVDs
  • check out some comedies, favorite music, inspirational/self-help books, novels, or revisit books from childhood
  • meet people, quietly be in the company of others, volunteer
  • Ocee also hosts North Fulton Community Charities Mobile Outreach Bus the 4th Wednesday of the month.
