WINTER STORM WARNING!

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for north Georgia and portions of Central Georgia, including Fulton County. Accumulation of 2 - 4 inches of snow is possible. 

Due to expected icy road conditions, all Fulton County offices and facilities will close at noon on Friday, January 6. These will include all Fulton County administrative offices and courts, as well as libraries, senior centers, public arts facilities, and parks and recreation centers.  

Public facilities such as libraries, parks and arts centers will remain closed through Saturday, January 7.  Parks programming on Sunday, January 8 is also postponed.

Fulton County officials will continue to monitor conditions throughout this weather event. Please check the Fulton County websiteTwitter and Facebook for additional updates.

All public safety facilities and essential personnel will continue to operate to serve citizens.

LIBRARY CLOSED SATURDAY

Image result for snow sceneSafety is the first concern at AFPLS. In advance of snowy weather and frigid temps, ALL Atlanta Fulton Public Libraries will be closed on Saturday 7 January (and potentially Sunday). 

Take advantage of e-books/magazines, music, and movies that you can download from the library.
