Cooking for Kids/Teens

Vimla Dave, RD/LDN, will teach you how to fuel your growing body, with basic food groups and their role for growth and development. Learn how to eat right to play hard and breakfast's importance role, the key to learning. Kids and teens live cooking demonstration. Ages 8 and above with caregiver. Registration required.
