Yoga, Movement, and Meditation

Bring a mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothes for yoga. Unless stated otherwise, classes are open to adult patrons only.

Yoga & Meditation
Mondays: April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Introduces basic yoga and meditation techniques for beginners.

NESO Line Dancing with Jean Chen at Ocee Library Tuesdays: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Join Northeast/Spruill Oaks Library’s line dancing group! Adults and teens.

Energy YogaWednesdays: April 3, 10, 17, 24. 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Sundays: April 7, 14, 28. 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Physical exercises to open and clear energy. Utilizes Qi Gong and meditation techniques.

Family Yoga (formerly Mommy & Me Yoga)Wednesdays: April 3, 10, 17, 24. 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Yoga for families! Open to parents, grandparents, and preschool patrons.

Core Yoga Thursdays: April 4, 11, 18, 25. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

NESO Tao Meditation at Ocee Library Thursdays: April 4, 11, 18, 25. 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

NESO Won Yoga at Ocee Library Fridays: April 5, 12, 19, 26. 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m
