Volunteering

The Ocee Library always needs volunteers to help with shelving books and on-going projects. You must fill out an application and attend a mandatory training session before volunteering.

Adult volunteers: please contact John.Offerdahl@fultoncountyga.gov, or ask at the reference desk for more information.

Teen volunteers: please contact Karen.Kennedy@fultoncountyga.gov, or ask at the children's desk for more information.
Please be aware children aged 12 and 13 must have parental supervision to volunteer. This means that the same parent who attends orientation must be in the building with their 12 or 13 year old children at all times, both during orientation and during volunteer service hours. The age to volunteer without parental supervision is 14. Parents of children 14 and older are also welcome to attend orientation, but are not required to do so.
